Bespoke service - if you require a totally new design, there will be an

ORDERING

Once you are happy with your confirmed quote and would like to place an order all we need from you is a list of all the items you require:

• image/style/colour scheme you want to achieve
• type of invites (day, evening, rsvp, order of service, thank you cards, pocketfolds etc)
• sizes
• quantities
• delivery date
• envelopes
• finish (glossy or matt)

When this has been agreed we require a 25% deposit to secure your order.

You then receive a PDF proof of your order for first approval/amendments, next you receive a printed proof for final sign off.

At this stage we require the balance of your order to be paid - then your order will go to print and be delivered to you via trackable means.

CANCELLATION

Once a deposit (25%) has been made it is non-refundable. If you cancel before your order has gone to print then the balance will not need to be paid. If however the order has gone to print you will need to pay the remaining balance.
